By using GRP services, you agree to these terms. Each engagement includes specific scope and deliverables defined at purchase.

Engagements

Project engagements, strategic partnerships, and executive advisory are governed by the scope listed at checkout or in your engagement agreement. Fixed-price packages include the deliverables explicitly stated — no implied additional work.

Payment & refunds

Payment is due at purchase unless otherwise agreed for partnership tiers. If we miss a committed delivery deadline, you are entitled to a full refund as stated in our guarantees.
