Terms of Service

By using GRP services, you agree to these terms. Each engagement includes specific scope and deliverables defined at purchase or in your signed agreement.

Engagements

Project engagements, strategic partnerships, and executive advisory are governed by the scope listed at checkout or in your engagement agreement. Fixed-price packages include only the deliverables explicitly stated — no implied additional work.

Intellectual property

All website designs, assets, frameworks, and materials created byGRP remain our property until full payment is received and ownership transfer is defined in your engagement agreement. Client-provided materials remain yours.

Payment & refunds

Payment is due at purchase unless otherwise agreed for partnership tiers. If we miss a committed delivery deadline stated in your agreement, you may be entitled to a full refund as described in our guarantees.

Limitation of liability

GRP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

As-is provision

Website content, tools, and resources are provided as-is for general information. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice unless covered by a signed engagement.
